OVERVIEW
• A machine can easily and more efficiently do
unsafe ,repetitive work in much lesser time.
• The term robotic is practically defined as the
study ,design and use of robot systems for
manufacturing.
INTRODUCTION
• THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO EASE THE HUMAN
EFFORT TOWARDS MANUAL LABOUR THROUGH THE USE OF
TECHNOLOGY.
COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS:
• ROBOTIC ARM KIT
• ARDUINO NANO BOARD
• SERVO MOTOR
• HC-05 BLUETOOTH MODULE
• PWM SERVO MOTOR DRIVE
• BREADBOARD
• JUMPER WIRES
ROBOTIC ARM KIT
• Robotic arms, aptly named
because they resemble a human
arm, are typically mounted to a
base
• The arm contains multiple joints
that act as axes that enable a
degree of movement.
• The higher number of rotary
joints a robotic arm features, the
more freedom of movement it
has.
ARDUINO NANO
• Arduino boards are mainly
used to build electronic
projects. embedded systems,
robotics, etc. But the nano
boards are mainly introduced
for the beginners who are not
from the technical
background.
SERVO MOTORS
• The Electronic Assembly,
which consists of an AC or
DC electric motor, a
controller board, and a
potentiometer.
WORKING
• The robotic arm positions itself to
access workpieces during
operation and then uses the end-
effector to finish a task.
• Robotic arms also need to be
programmed to carry out
manufacturing tasks.
• Usually, a controller and a
teaching pendant are used for this.
Manual motion can be used to
program some robotic arms.
