Agreed upon expectations
As a group we have committed to being:
- Prepared for all group discussions. Specifically, this means trying to have at least one opinion and one question before we start
- Considerate to each other. This means arriving punctually, engaging fully and sharing the workload fairly - Open to other opinions, and above all else, never be dismissive - As efficient a team as possible. We dont want to boil the ocean for the sake of it And last but not least, we have agreed to always arrive sober, with a smile

Having spent the past three weeks together, many of the initial concerns we had prior to meeting each other (i.e. personality fit, sense of humour, etc.) are no longer an issue Nonetheless, we have three lingering concerns. We must try, where possible, to avoid: - Running round in circles there have been times where we feel we are not moving forward quickly enough (of course, we also should be cognisant of any tendency to be impatient) - An unstructured approach to group work related to the previous point, our concern here is really to maximise quality discussions, and we believe a structured problem solving approach will help - Inflexibility so far we have had healthy disagreement; we do not want to trade this for less objective arguments
