very mild and sunny winter, a very hot season

BUILDING CONCEPT

The main concept behind designing the building is to


merge the two buildings i.e. the institutional building

both and connects them.
There is a cut out for ventilation and sunlight.

Evolution of Building form

Initially the building was in for of 2 rectangles


connected with another rectangles. In order to
provide light and ventilation a courtyard was

HVAC
For HVAC service 4 machine of capacity of 200 TR (Tons of
refrigeration) each is provide in basement as only 2 machines are
enough to provide the HVAC In whole building at one time.

SERVICES
Electrical Sub-Station

Electrical substation is provided in basement with total power


supply of 800 Amp. and 1200 KV.
For power backup 2 numbers of DG are provided in basement
with power backup of 500 KV and 160 KV

Water Storage

For normal usage total water storage is provided 1,30,000 Lts


(50000+10000+70000) by 3 water tanks whereas for fire service
total storage is 60,000 Lts by 2 storage tanks.
