EXPOSITION
The story begins with Dr. Rufino T. Ventanilla
and his chauffeur Seraffin visiting his office
building. The story introduces other characters,
such as Ventanilla's grumpy attitude towards co-
workers and subordinates, and Perez, who is tall
and cheerful
RISING ACTION
The conflict introduced in the story
could be all the work and stress that
Ventanilla has to deal with everyday due
to his high position being a Deputy
Commissioner. His stress grows more
throughout his day.
CLIMAX
It would be where, from what I understood from the
story, Zapala accepted a call from someone and passed it
to Ventanilla which would be from Ventanilla’s Superior,
the Commissioner, firing him and being transferred to
another department. It would be observed that he
accepted bad news from the call if you notice that he
was nervous after the call and went into the bathroom to
process what just happened to him.
Falling Action
It would be the point where Perez and Marcos are conversing
with each other in a restaurant about Ventanilla doing better at
his job. Perez noted that he took too much work in his hands and
led him to an unhappy home life. He also noted that Ventinalla
could’ve done a better job by having more integration, proper
distribution of work, and greater trust in the abilities of
subordinates
After two weeks, Perez was
appointed Deputy Commissioner to LESSO
succeed Dr. Ventanilla. There is
some talk about about Ventinalla
being appointed as Director of
NSthe SHS program

Internal Affairs.. (represent!), choose a career
