Understanding Leadership Styles

The document discusses different leadership styles: 1. Autocratic leadership is where one person has control over all decisions with little input from others. It allows for quick decisions but can demotivate employees by ignoring their ideas. 2. Consultative leadership allows participation from others by consulting them but the leader makes the final decision. It targets team building and uses others' skills and input to make informed strategic decisions. 3. To have unity in an organization, leaders should apply a consultative leadership style that values employees' input and ideas while also making final decisions. This encourages participation and teamwork while allowing for strategic decision making.
