• ESTELENT FRANCES
• KHADIJAH NORALYA
• VENESSA VELERIE
THE TARGET
• At first, our targets are form 2 students. But seems like they don’t want to give
cooperation. So my team and I decided to allow all students of SMSP to answer
the survey.
• We got 26 respondents but still we felt a little bit disappointed. It’s because two
of the respondents didn’t answered it seriously. So we have 24 respondents
only.
• Anyway, we just think positively and use the available data. Thanks to all
students that participated in this project. Also thanks to our science teacher,
Madam Evaleen for guiding us to finish this project.

THE PROBLEM
• From the survey, we can see that students have unhealthy diet habit.
There’s a lot of the reason why they have that diet habit.
• One of them is they busy with task/assignment and forget to have a meal.
They also might want to have a goal body.
• Another reasons might be the electronic gadgets. For this one, they need
to slowly change their selves.
THE SOLUTIONS
There’s a lot of solutions found in the Among all the solutions, we decided to make
internet such as a time table for them.
• Start the day with breakfast We want them to slowly change. Teenagers
• Buy food packaged in individual portions nowadays don’t like being forced.
• Get more sleep Plus we as a team also might try this method
since we also have unhealthy diet habit.
• Cut down on watching television also
electronic gadgets The solution chosen will be shown in a
manila card.
• Think positively
