ABSTRACT :-
Women's security is a critical issue in today's world and it's
very much needed for every individual to be acting over
such an issue. This document describes a GPS based
"Women Security System" that provides the combination of
GPS device as well as provide alerts and messages with an
emergency button trigger whenever somebody is in trouble
They might not have so much time, all that they have to do
is generate a distress emergency signal by shaking up their
phone. Our system provides a realizable, cost effective
solution to problem detection.
INTRODUCTION :-
Women are adept at mobilizing diverse groups for a
common cause. They often work across ethnic, religious,
political, and cultural divides to promote peace. We are all
aware about importance of safety of women's but we must
realize that they should be properly protected. Women's are
not as physically strong as men, in an emergency situation a
helping hand would be a relief for them. The best way to
minimize your chances of becoming a victim of violent
crime is to identify and call on resources to help you out of
dangerous situations.
PROBLEM STATEMENT :-

Develop a women safety protection Management system that


addesses the pressing issue of women's safety and security in
urban environments. The system should integrate the
effective resource allocation to mitigate the rising incidents
of violence, harassment, and unsafe situations faced by
Women. This project aims to create a comprehensive
solution that not only ensures the immediate safety of
women, but also Supports a long-term environment where
women feel secure, empowered, and supported.
EXISTING SYSTEM :-
INTRODUCTION :-

 There are certain Women Security Applications which


are quite similar to our application.

DRAWBACKS OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM :-

 Requires good network connectivity.


 Good Android platform.
 Difficult to inform immediately the location of the
user in trouble.
PROPOSED SYSTEM :-

 In new application we are providing a user friendly


interface where the user could send the message alert
more efficiently and smartly.

 The user couldn't have to remember all the important


contact numbers of siblings, relatives or friends.

 The new system is also interactive to the users and


provides the facility to know their nearby police station,
hospitals and their own location.
OBJECTIVES :-
 Prevention of Violence: To prevent violence, harassment, and
abuse against women by creating a safe environment.
 Emergency Response: To establish effective emergency
response mechanisms, including helplines, apps, or support
services, to assist women in distress.
 Technology Integration: To leverage technology such as
surveillance cameras, GPS tracking, and mobile apps for real-
time monitoring and assistance.
 Data Collection and Analysis: To collect and analyze data on
women's safety incidents to identify trends and areas that need
improvement.
 Preventive Measures: To develop and implement preventive
measures, such as self-defense training and awareness
campaigns.

Hardware Requirements :-

 Processor: Snapdragon Dual Core.


 Memory Space: 50 Mb.
 RAM: 512 MB.
 GPS enabled Android Phone.

software Requirements :-

 Operating System – Android


 API Level 14 or above.
 Disk Usage-20-50 Mb
CONCLUSION :-

In simple words, the goal of a women safety protection


system is to make sure women feel safe and secure in
their communities. It does this by teaching people
about respecting women, using technology to stay safe,
having clear rules to prevent harm, and providing help
and support when needed. The aim is for women to
live without fear and have a society that cares about
their well-being.
