GOVT 2305
The Problem
• Mental health among professional educators is rapidly • Students are to actively engage with teachers; when a
declining. teacher isn't doing well mentally, it is taken out on
students.
• A margin of people who take up the educator role are
not mentally healthy. • Educators who suffer from severe mental disorders
are less likely to be active in class instruction and
have less responsive interactions with the students.
• Many incidents could have been stopped if a mental
examination could have been provided.
• A burnout among teachers is causing students to be
left without teachers.
• Mental health crises are causing a decline in teachers
in schools.
Key Objectives
● A mental evaluation would be beneficial
to society since a higher quality of life
and environment would be created.
● Teachers would be able to handle high-
stress situations.
● Would create a secure connection
between student and teacher.
DATA
• This chart shows the increased
number of educators who are likely
to retire and leave after the
pandemic.
• A significant increase is shown,
showing more than half of these
educators plan to leave.
