1.INTODUCTION
Rise engineering is a huge company with an estimated employe 400 people.
The main products are construction work, structural design, design checking,
construction supervision, contract administration.
The main customer are private sector ,subcontract companies ,consulting
company, importing material and student.

2. OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT
During four month internship program we had seen a g+15 residential house .
It also has under ground basement
When we arrived on the site , they had been working bar arrangement of first floor slab.so
with in fourth month we had only seen superstructure and some office work.
