CAPACITY
 CAPACITY - 2,500 PsDL TARGET CAPACITY
 LEVEL 1 (Low Risk PDL) ; 35% OF PDL CAPACITY; 20 PDL / CELL
 LEVEL 2 (Medium Risk PDL); 50% OF PDL CAPACITY; 8PDL/CELL
 LEVEL 3 (High Risk PDL);15% OF PDL CAPACITY; 2 PDL/CELL

“The recommended lot area per inmate is 30 sq.m”
 2500 x 30 sq.m = 75,000 sq.m or 7.5ha
 *The facility shall be designed having at least 7.5ha total area for PsDL
