 Abstarct
A Student Result Management System is created to simplify and ease the
management of student data, including the archiving, tracking, and
monitoring of information.
The SRMS is a GUI-based program which is created to keep the track of
students grades.The intends to automate semester result management.
 Existing System
• The existing system is the manual entry of
student details.

• Here the data is stored in the handwritten

registers.

• The retrieval and search of the information are

not easy as the records are maintained in the
handwritten registers.
 Problem Statement :
In institutions manually entering and recording student details
are space consuming, time-consuming and hard to maintain.
There is a high risk of encountering problems like file loss, file
damage and difficulty in searching a record.

Objectives :
Improvement in performance and maintenance. Instead of
having to maintain all the records with paperwork, it is easier
to manage it digitally.

Python Language and TKinter Framework. SRMS is a
GUI Based Desktop Application. With the help of this
project, Admin can fill in the various data such as course
details, results and student details. Students can check their
results by securely logging into the system.

Student management systems make the faculty's work a bit
easier by giving them access to manipulate and sort information.
This system allows institutions to add, manage and store student
and student result data. The idea is to create an interface that
makes the lives of administration and teachers easier.
