What is Project Proposal?
The Project Proposal/Concept Paper is a
document that aims to get a project
approved and funded. It’s used to convince
stakeholders of the viability of the project and
their investment. It is a summary document
which discusses the general details and
provides an overview of a project.
The purpose of the Project Proposal:
 to communicate the value of your project to
all stakeholders; clients, employers, and
investors, and convince them of the value of the
project.

For example: You plan to implement a literacy


project for out-of-school youth in your barangay. If
you want this project to be approved for
implementation or even funded by the appropriate
Components of the Project Proposal:
1. Project Title
➢ Provide the project with a catchy name.
➢ You may use wordplay, acronyms,
abbreviations, etc.
