HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION
- The Hydrostatic transmission is made by a pump and a motor completely symmetrical in the
transmission of the power, high flexibility and very easy.

-The mechanical power of the diesel motor is converted in hydraulic power in a high pressure
close circuit of pump-motor system (0/75 cc PUMP – 160/40 cc MOTOR).
- The charge pump (17cc) is dedicated for the reinstatement of the close circuit (drainage), to
avoid the possibility of cavitation and for the pilot system of the piston displacement (pump).
- NPFE system, electro-hydraulic control of the piston displacement (pump-motor control).

The travel or work function is different in the curve but the motor decide
the two speed. No connection from Susmic to the solenoid, no movement
of the machine. What decide the movement? First the seat sensor permits
the close circuit, then the position of the knob (forward and reverse) and
the rpm of engine. No signal from “W” of alternator or short circuit with
pump or short circuit of the temperature sensor (see 0°) means no
trasmission (see check Susmic procedure).

By means the Susmic electronic unit control we can forced the capacity of the pump. The two solenoid of
5.6 ohm move the little spool of the pilot line for the hydraulic control of the the pressure to the
displacement cylinder.There is an current curve function dedicated to the trasmission. This current goes
up in function of the rpm of diesel, more current more pressure in the piloting line. The work pressure of
the close circuit is due to the resistance of the movement of the hydrostatic motor, the max pressure is 480
bar.
The electronic unit control check the temperature of the pump housing oil, to prevent damage on the
system. An mechanic valve on the L2 port (drenage) sure the max pressure in the housing no more than 3
bar. The flow rate of the drainage due to the 17 cc pump realise the cooling system that maintains low the
temperature .

- 0 V (0 mA – 5.8 ohm) the position of the spool in the F with the result that we obtain pressure in the
both side of the cylinder and conseguently the automatic change of the capacity of motor and speed
(travel) of the vehicle.

• Using the inch pedal it is possible to exploit less
the brake, than the maintenace is less.
STEERING
The steering system is made by one ORBITROL
Sauer Danfoss with load sensing line and one
gear pump with priority valve..

LOAD SENSING: line that pilot the priority valve to


supply alway the needed oil to the steering
system.
PRIORITY VALVE: valve that deviates the oil
between orbitrol and boom and can supply more
oil to the orbitrol when you need.

STEERING
The load sensing circuit permits the easy use of the steer during the movement of the
machine. When the operator needs to steer the flow of the pump goes directly in the steer
unit, in this way the oil through a distributor flow in the cylinders in function of the mode
imposed (A-B-C). Two light give the information about the alignment of the frontal and
reverse tire.
The priority valve (PP) is inserted on the housing of the main pump.

The mouvement of lift and tilt are controlled directly moving the
joystickand pushing the trigger on the joystick (proportional mouvement
with manual control)
The mouvement of Extension-retracting are controlled by the two buttons
on joystick and pushing the trigger. The control is on-off with electric

The mouvemen of lifting tilting and extension are made pushing one of the
two buttons that are on the joystick and mouving the joystic from the
middle position.– in the joystick there is one integrated central unit that
send one electric signal ( proprtionally like the mouvement of the joystick
- mouvement that are proportional by electric control)
On the distributor (that is on the rear of the machine . There are only wire
between distributor and joystick) there are some electrovalves that are
mouved by the signal from the joystick
