Introduction
• A cloud kitchen referred as a “virtual kitchen” is a
commercial kitchen space for the purpose of preparing food
for delivery or takeout only, with no dine-in customers
• Web based application that enables restauranteurs to start a
virtual brand at minimal cost
• Here customer can choose their daily, weekly recipe as a
subscription basis through the application or any random
order according to the provided menu
Problem Statement
• Daily 10-5 working officers lacks cooking time and healthy food
• Restauranters with minimum budget
Objective
• To reduce cost through elimination of physical storefront
• To work for the multiple brands with same kitchen
• To analyze the data and prepare the menu accordingly

Literature Review/Background Study
• The Global Cloud Kitchen Market Size accounted for USD
63.0 Billion in 2021 and is estimated to achieve a market size
of USD 373.4 Billion by 2030 growing at a CAGR of 22%
from 2022 to 2030[1]
• Different popular cloud kitchen like Fulton kitchen,KITOPI
are the example that without the dine in facilities and full
fledged tech kitchen can also be successful[2]
Methodology : Functional requirements
• The user shall be able to create account and signed in
• The user shall go through the menu and order accordingly
• The restauranter shall receive the order and cook the food according to the
estimate time provided
• The rider shall receive the food and deliver to the customer in the minimum time
• The user shall track the live location of food delivery rider
Methodology : Non-Functional requirements
The app must have a good and intuitive UI.
Users must be able to delete their data from the database.
The system must be able to handle 1000 users at a time.

Operational feasibility:
• The application is built to deliver food randomly or with
subscription to the doorsteps of the user with very less investment
which focuses only in kitchens and do not entertain dine in facility

• The application focuses to operate with a single kitchen and deliver
to the multiple brands so the application is economically feasible

Conclusion
• Hence, the Cloud kitchen which is a tech based is built
through various technology providing the proper platform for
the customer and the kitchen owner

• Adding rider to the application.
• Integrating map for the live location of user and rider.
• Using priority queue while ordering.
• Providing better view for the user while subscribing
customized plan.
