Tense
• A combination of verbs and helping verbs that is used to indicate a specific time, or
an action or state in relation to the time of speaking.
• The word originated from the Latin word “tempus” meaning time.
• Tenses are used to refer to a relative time in the past, present or future.
Future Perfect Tense
• Future perfect tense is used for actions that will be completed in the future.
• As indicated from the name, “future” refers to a point of time that is yet to come,
while “perfect” symbolizes that the action in question has already been completed.
• It is used for actions which will have been completed before a certain point in the
future.

Will + Have + Past Participle (verbs ending in –ed)
Subject + Will Have + Past Participle + Object
• Urdu Indication
‫ چکے ہوں گے‬،‫ چکی ہو گی‬،‫چکا ہو گا‬
• Positive Sentences:
Subject + Auxiliary Verb + Main Verb + Object
Subject + Will have + Past Participle + Object

• For Example:

‫وہ اب تک دہلی چال گیا ہو گا۔‬


He will have gone to Delhi by now.
‫میں پیر تک یہ کام مکمل کر چکا ہوں گا۔‬
I shall have completed this work by Monday.
• Negative Sentences:
Subject + Will Not Have + Past Participle + Object

• ‫بارش شروع ہونے سے پہلے بچے نہیں آئیں گے۔‬

• ‫اس کو خط نہیں پہنچا ہو گا۔‬
• He will not have received the letter.
• Interrogative Sentences:
Will + Subject + Have + Past Participle + Object

• For Example:

• ‫کیا استاد کے آنے سے پہلے لڑکے چلے جائیں گے؟‬


• Will the students have gone before the teacher comes?
• ‫سونے سے پہلے اس نے کیا کھایا ہو گا؟‬
• What will he have eaten before he sleeps?
