INTRODUCTION
Our chatbot project is all about making it easier for people to get help
and information. We're using cool technology to build a smart computer helper
that you can talk to like a friend. You know how you can chat with your friends
on your phone? Well, our chatbot works like that, but it helps you with things
like answering questions or solving problems. We've been working hard to make
sure it's easy to use and helpful for everyone. We're excited to show you what
we've been working on.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
In today's fast-paced world, businesses are constantly challenged to provide efficient and effective customer
support. Traditional methods like phone calls and emails can be time-consuming and sometimes frustrating for
customers. There is a growing need for a more immediate and user-friendly solution. Therefore, our project aims to
address this challenge by developing a chatbot solution that offers quick and personalized assistance to users. The
chatbot will be designed to understand natural language input and provide relevant information or solutions in real-
time, thereby improving customer satisfaction and streamlining support processes for businesses
OBJECTIVE
Our chatbot project is to create an intelligent virtual assistant that enhances user experience by providing
personalized and timely assistance. Through natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques,
the chatbot will understand user inquiries and respond with relevant information or actions. Our goal is to improve
customer satisfaction, reduce response times, and streamline communication processes for businesses. Additionally,
we aim to continuously iterate and improve the chatbot's capabilities based on user feedback and evolving needs.
LITERATURE SURVEY
