• Certainly align the wheel to railway.
• Excavation on railway position.

• Procedure 1(Main engine can’t use)
1. Open fuel valve of sub engine.
2. Place throttle valve at start position.
3. Start sub engine with key switch.
• Procedure 2(Main engine and electrical system trouble)
1. Open fuel valve of sub engine.
2. Place throttle valve at start positon.
3. Press decompression valve of sub engine.
4. Sub engine start by pulling recoil rope.
5. Place key ON position at main engine key switch.
• Procedure 3(Main and Sub engine can’t use)
1. Open emergency hydraulic valves.
2. Use emergency hand pump with handle.

• Procedure 1(Main engine can’t use)
1. Open fuel valve of sub engine.
2. Pull or turn throttle valve to end positon.
3. Start sub engine with key switch.
• Procedure 2(Main engine and electrical system trouble)
1. Open fuel valve of sub engine.
2. Pull or turn throttle valve to end positon.
3. Press decompression valve of sub engine.
4. Sub engine start by pulling recoil rope.
5. Place key ON position at main engine key switch.
• Procedure 3(Main and Sub engine can’t use)
1. Open emergency hydraulic valves.
2. Use emergency hand pump with handle.
Notice points in emergency operation of Railway Excavator
and Crane.
• May be falling hazard when pull recoil rope.
• Suddenly drop attachments when open emergency hydraulic valve.
• Suddenly move the machine when open brake valves.
• Must be clean dirt from outside when change hydraulic hose at crane.
• Must share all process to all including members.
• Must notice to all including members when start each emergency step.
• All emergency valves put to normal position when finish emergency
operation.
