INTRODUCTION
In this assignment we shall discuss on home visit,home
visit is a healthcare service rendered by trained health
professionals who visit clients in their home to assess the
home, environment, and family condition in order to
provide appropriate healthcare needs and social support
services.

Home visiting is defined as a family nurse contact


which allows the health workers to assess the home
and family situation in order to provide the necessary
nursing care and health related to activities.
