tool used to identify individuals who

Physical Activity Readiness
Questionnaire (PAR-Q) is designed to
determine an individual's safety when

Is a skill-related component of
physical fi tness that refers to the
ability to perform a movement within a
short period time. There are many
diff erent types of speed such as
running speed, swimming speed and
speed of hand foot movement to name
but a few.
Re a c ti on Time

Is a skill-related component of
physical fi tness that refers to the
elapsed between stimulation and
beginning of the reaction to do it. An
example of reaction time is moving one
foot from the accelerator to the brake
pedal when reacting to a situation.

Is a skill-related

ability to rapidly change the
