This brand's success depends on its capacity to maintain the core


elements of shop ability, accessibility, authenticity, and pleasure while
allowing flexibility in messaging that motivates consumer passion.

They should offer sample or new trial mixes of the products to consumer
and collect their feedback; this will help in knowing what exactly
customers need giving slight competitive edge in the market.

expanded to include the different demographic by redesigning it.

their products by using alternative sugar substitutes such as Stevia or Monk Fruit while maintaining their
delicious flavor, and they can use fewer artificial flavors and preservatives in their ice cream, which may
increase their costs.

The younger generation are far more price-sensitive than previous generations, and they're more likely choose
a lower priced dessert if you do not make yours easily accessible at a fair price.

When customers walk into a store, the staff members strive to make a positive first impression by embracing
positive service attitudes and greeting them with a friendly happy face.
Recommendation for Haagen-Dazs
To reach a wider range of consumers, the company should focus on lowering prices and expanding its product
line. To successfully implement these changes, Haagen-Dazs must ensure that its employees are on board with
the new approach and that it communicates the new strategy to its customers.

The company should consider relocating its stores and production facilities closer to the targeted markets
which will help to reduce marketing costs. These actions would significantly reduce the prices of Haagen-Dazs
products without affecting the company's ice cream quality or production efficiency.

Haagen-Dazs should do a promotional campaign that concentrates on new product lines, such as Reserve, and
highlights their benefits. And increase its presence on social media and promote through television, magazines
and brand partnerships as well.

They should also do sponsor events where young audience also gathers this will create more brand awareness
