ANALYZE

1.How does the source of the teacher affect

classroom instruction?
Answer:
The source of a teacher's knowledge plays a
significant role in shaping instructional approach.
Teachers who have a strong foundation in their
subject matter coupled with practical experience and
professional development, are better equipped to
deliver engaging and effective lessons, Teachers who
rely solely on textbooks or standardized curriculum
may struggle to
adapt their instruction to meet the diverse needs of
their students.
2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect
classroom discipline?
Answer:
A teacher's punctuality is crucial for establishing
a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
When teachers arrive on time, it sends or clear
message to students that their time is valuable and
that they are expected to be respectful of the
learning environment. Students are more likely to be
attentive and engaged when they know that the
lesson will begin promptly. Con- versely, a teacher's
tardiness can lead to disruptions, a loss of
momentum, and a decline in student engagement.
3. Why do we need to check on the physical
aspects of classroom management?
Answer:
Checking the physical aspects of classroom
management is crucial because it directly impacts
the learning environment and consequently,
student behavior, engagement, and overall
academic success. A well-organized and
comfortable classroom fosters a conducive
learning atmosphere, while a chaotic or un-
confortable space can hinder learning and lead to
disruptive behavior.

classroom, which will lead to the student achieving their goal.

2.What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should
have been used instead? Explain.

employ to respond to diverse types of all learners?
