Improved Patient Outcomes
Cultural Sensitivity in Health Promotion and Education
Professional Development
Globalization of Healthcare

TECHNOLOGY IN NURSING
Nursing technology such as mobile robotic system,
artificial intelligence, remote patient monitoring and telehealth
benefits both providers and patients in several important ways,
including the following (Martlı & Dincer, 2021):
Better communication among care teams
Better patient’s outcomes
Routine task automation
Streamlined patient record access
11
INTERPROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION
Interprofessional collaboration occurs when
professionals from different discipline/profession work
together to solve complex problems or to achieve shared goals
(Nishiguchi, Sugaya, & Inamori, 2021).
Improved Results
Reduced Cost of Care
Increased Job Satisfaction
Easier access to Information
Skill Formation
