The goal of the contingency plan is to
provide effective, efficient, timely and well-
coordinated response mechanisms in the
event of the occurrence of (hazard) in

mechanisms shall help to protect lives,
properties and the environment, and restore
the immediate needs of the people in
(locality/ agency/ organization).
