don't give too much instruction or guidance.
Instead laissez-faire leaders let their employees use
their creativity, resources, and experience to help
them meet their goals.
Ex. Steve Jobs – head of Apple. Famous for its
innovative technology.
Open Space Technology (OST)
It is an approach to purpose-driven leadership which initially
has no formal agenda but eventually leads to a specific or
important purpose or task.

1. Whoever comes are the right people.
2. Whatever happens is the only thing that could have
happened.

Digital self- is our extended self in a digital world.
CYBERSPACE- We create different persona that we use
in interaction and communication online thru

Social Media- refers to computer based technology that
facilitates the sharing of ideas, thoughts, and
information through virtual networks and communities.
Adolescence and SNS
ADOLESCENCE is the period of physical, cognitive and
emotional changes the individuals undergo as they
navigate from childhood to adulthood.
The transition period of individuation for identity
construction of an autonomous self.
In the ADOLESCENCE stage they need Personal Space
SNS (Social Networking Sites)
By using Social Networking Sites it provides the needed
personal space and avenue for identity construction

When the person is in constant monitoring of the self and how one
fares in comparison to others.
When it becomes dependent on virtual identity
When these happen, one can have very weak or diffused identity,
can be very insecure, and/ or self absorbed, and with very poor
socio-emotional skills.
