 INTRODUCTION

Aquaponics is the incorporation of recycling aquaculture and hydroponics in one creation
framework.

In an aquaponic system, water from the fish tank spins through channels, plant develop beds and
afterward back to the fish. .

The water at that point gives supplements to the plant and refines before coming back to the aquarium.

This framework can decrease water utilization contrasted with conventional cultivating.

Aquaponics is a mix of aquaculture and hydroponic (soil-less plant culture) plant development
strategies.

Aquaponic gardening uses 90% less water than soil-based because the water is re-circulated and only
that which the plant take up

Aquaponic gardening results in two crops for one input(fish feed)

the supplement rich water that outcomes from raising fish gives a wellspring of supplements (Urea) for
the nitrogen- expending microscopic organisms.

which assists with cleaning the water where the fish live in by separating these mixes into nitrates.

Water utilization is lower and plant thickness is normally in any event twice that of soil-based techniques.

The framework requires day by day and periodical cleaning.

There will be have to isolate fish solids. Plumbing can stop up and cause framework disappointment. .

The volume of water inside the framework is insignificant, hence it is more hazardous than pontoon
frameworks.
HYDROPONICS

The term hydroponics comes from Greek. Hydro means water and ponous means work.
 The hydroponic system is designed in the form of hydroponic farming management that
can monitor water temperature.
Hydroponics is a method of planting without using soil as media
it uses a medium of water mixed with a mineral nutrient solution
The plant roots grow in the nutrient solution
 The advantage of hydro-ponic farming method is that it does not require soil with a large
area for agriculture.
It also accurately and automatically transmits the data of temperature, humidity, light
intensity, water level and pH in real time using Arduino Mega 328 and controls the
parameters remotely using IoT technology.

METHODOLOGY
This framework comprises of PIC 16F877A microcontroller, temperature sensor

LM35, pH sensor, LDR and transfers that goes about as a switch in controlling the
tasks. .
The temperature sensor continues detecting the water temperature and the pH

sensor is utilized to distinguish the pH of the water to keep up a manageable

domain for fish and plants to live in.
when the temperature sensor recognizes the estimation of the range above 35oC,

the microcontroller will control the temperature by turning on the cooling fan
through the transfer.

if the sensor identifies the incentive underneath 35oC, the microcontroller will
turn on the warmth source (here 40W bulb).
Grow light LEDs can replace the spectrum of sunlight so plants can
photosynthesize well.
Relative humidity is a measure of the amount of water vapor contained
in the air which is usually expressed as a percentage of moisture.
Humidity and temperature are very important environmental elements
and must be controlled for ideal plant growth.
A humidity sensor measures and reports both moisture and air
temperature.
Water pump is used to supply enough water to the plant by using fish
tank water.
ADVANTAGES

Water Reuse.

Space and Production Efficiency.

Biosecurity.

Efficient use of water and nutrients.

Aquaponic farms are ecologically sustainable.

Aquaponic farms are more efficient than other forms of fish forming.
DISADVANTAGES

High initial cost.

Constant Monitoring of water parameters.
