STATEMENT OF THE
PROBLEM
Royal Enfield cruiser bikes are renowned for their vintage charm and robust performance, but they do come with some
challenges that riders often face:
• Vibrations at High Speeds: A common complaint is excessive vibrations, especially at higher speeds, which can affect rider
comfort on long journeys.
• Weight and Maneuverability: The bikes are heavy, making them harder to handle in tight spaces or during low-speed
maneuvers, particularly for less experienced riders.
• Build Quality Concerns: Issues like rusting, loose fittings, and occasional paint quality concerns have been reported by
some users.
• Frequent Maintenance: Regular servicing is essential to maintain performance, but the costs can be higher than average,
adding to long-term ownership expenses.
• Limited Advanced Features: Compared to modern competitors, Royal Enfield cruisers lack features such as ride modes,
traction control, and advanced instrument clusters.
• Heating issues: The engines on some royal enfield models, especially in city traffic tend to overheat
