         Focus score 1 = 1 focus of
         50 lymphocytes per 4
         mm2 (Arthritis Rheum 2011;63:2021)
         Recommended at least 4
         labial salivary glands with a
         surface area of at least 8
         mm2 to allow for adequate
         assessment and focus
         scoring (Ann Rheum Dis 2017;76:1161)
