Terminology

• Online Shopping - also called electronic shopping or e-shopping.


Online shopping allows customers to buy goods or services
directly from a seller over the Internet, using a web browser.

• Online Banking - also called electronic banking or Internet


banking. This is an online system for customers of a bank to
access their money through the bank’s website.

• Online Auction - a service for selling or offering money to buy


products or services (called bidding) via the Internet.
