ABSTRACT
Neha Power Protection is a company Established in 1995 that specializes in
Manufacturing & Supply of Electrical Power & Distribution Transformers from
16 KVA to 220 KVA up to 33 KV Voltage Class, Kit-KAT,A.B Switches D.O
Sets Apart from manufacturing of transformers, they also offer reliable Repair
and Maintenance services of Oil-immersed Power & Distribution Transformers
up to 132 kV Voltage Class.
There transformers are well known in the market for their great performance,
sturdy construction, reliability, trouble-free operations and durability.
As an intern at Neha Power Protection, the experience has been engaging and
informative. Throughout the internship, I have gained valuable knowledge and
practical skills related to the field of engineering. The company provides a
professional working environment and fosters a culture of teamwork and
collaboration. Overall, the internship has been an excellent opportunity to learn
and grow as an aspiring engineer.

INTRODUCTION
I am currently working as an intern at Neha Power
Protection, a company that specializes in Manufacturing
& Supply of Electrical Power & Distribution
Transformers from 16 KVA to 220 KVA As an intern at
Neha Power Protection, I have gained valuable insights
into the workings of a professional engineering firm and
have been able to apply the theoretical knowledge gained
during my studies to practical situations. In this review, I
will share my experience working at Neha Power
Protection and how the internship has helped me develop
my skills and knowledge as a future engineer

Objectives
It exposed students to work methodologies and techniques
required in handling equipment and machineries that may not
be available in the Universities.
It provide avenues for students to acquire Industrial Skills for
experience during course of study.
To prepare students for Industrial work situation they are likely
to meet after graduation.

educational knowledge in real life situation.

the HR and Supervisor is to take training of
manufacturing of different the transformer as per KVA
rating and customer requirements.

Role and Responsibility:
In Neha Power Protection pvt.ltd our job is supervision in
Production & Quality, fabrication, and testing
department.
Supervision: is a process by which one worker is given
responsibility by the organization to work with another
worker in order to meet certain organizational,
professional and personal objectives which together
promote the best outcomes for service users.

SAFETY AND
ENVIRONMENTAL NORMS
Safety measures are very important while working on highly
graded mechanical instrument used in industry to avoid human
injuries and to avoid human fatalities.
It’s compulsory to maintain safety measures in all industries
and all over where there is the chance of injuries will
happened.

CONCLUSION
This internship program is a great opportunity for me,
it gave me a better understanding about the
manufacturing & repairing process of Distribution
Transformers and also about the kind of work that is
expected from an employee in the office.
It thought me how to overcome challenges.
