Interview Skills
Objectives
• - Practice answering common job interview
questions

Roles
• 1. Interviewers: Ask prepared questions and
evaluate answers
• 2. Interviewees: Respond as if applying for a
specific job
• 3. Observers: Take notes and provide feedback
Steps of the Activity
• 1. Form groups of three: one interviewer, one
interviewee, one observer.
• 2. Interviewees rotate to different stations
after each round.
• 3. Each interview lasts 5 minutes.
• 4. Observers fill out the observation sheet
during the interview.
