admission letter to the Admission Head
of the college.

• Times New Roman, 12 size
• Single spacing
• 1 inch margin (all sides)
• Date of Graduation: April 2026
• Be honest with the qualifications. (Do not invent).
RESUME AND LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT
• You are a fresh college graduate. (note:
be consistent on your chosen degree).
Now, you have to apply for a job in a real
company. Some of the documents required
are a resume and a letter of
employment.

they must follow these instructions
• Follow the format discussed
• A4 Bond Paper (both resume and letter)
• Times New Roman, 12 size, 1 inch margin all sides (for Letter
of Employment only)
• Date of Graduation: March 2030
• Be consistent with your degree
• Be honest with the qualifications. (Do not invent work exp).
• If you are a fresh graduate, you follow the fresh graduate format
• If you have work experience, follow the work experience format
GENERAL INSTRUCTION
• Follow the format discussed.
• Consider the properties of a well-written text in writing your letter.
• Do not invent (real company, real university, real degree, real
admission officer/letter receiver, real references, your real
information) *do your research on their page
• Search for possible courses/subjects that you are likely to take in
your chosen degree.
• You may invent off-campus training, date of graduation (March 2030
onwards), college educational background, skills, college
achievements)
• Choose a resume template on Canva (for resume), but should

• No AI generated content (-10 points for AI generated

• AI grammar checking is allowed (grammar only)
• BE HONEST WITH YOUR QUALIFICATIONS (avoid
achievements that are too unrealistic).
• Do your research on the university, company and
degree you want to pursue
• Late submission (even just a day) is equivalent to -5
points in your score.
