Cherry
• Cherry wood is an extremely
strong, durable, stable
hardwood, widely used for
making furniture and cabinets.
• Cherry wood is the most prized
hardwood furniture in America
and is preferred by carpenters
worldwide.
Walnut
• Coarse due to open pores.

• Furniture, cabinets, flooring, gun stocks,


paneling, veneers, novelties, and knick-
knacks.
Birch
• Birch wood has a close, straight grain and uniform texture.
• It is used for firewood, turnery, furniture, cabinetry, tools handles, plywood,
flooring, and shoe heels.
Red Oak
• Red Oak wood is cherished for its
adaptability and aesthetic appeal.
