Sun Protection Tips
- Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing
- Use sunscreen (SPF 30+, reapply every 2 hours)
- Wear sunglasses and wide-brimmed hats
- Seek shade during peak hours (10 AM - 4 PM)
Keep Cool
- Stay indoors during peak heat hours
- Use fans and air conditioning
- Take cool showers or baths
- Avoid strenuous activities in extreme heat
Special Considerations for

- Children: Keep them hydrated, never leave in
parked cars
