Create automations on the lead object

Task 1
C. Create a field on Lead object : “Time of first response “ Date/Time
field.
Its a simple custom field creation go to Object manager then
lead label and in (field and relationship) select new button create
field name with data type Date and time.
D. Update the field when first task with Subject “Call” or “SMS” is
created on the Lead

Set up Web to Lead
A. Web Form with the fields (below mentioned fields are to be made

email a case should be

in quick find box (web to lead) and click the button (create web to lead
form).

Finally we will get the html code that we can provide our website developer.
First of all in Quick find box Search the Email to case then select all required
checkbox.
Enable on demand service then click on new.
We will get the routing adress which long email address on that customer
submit the inqueries, We can short it by forward setting in gmail.
Go to see all setting in our gamil after that select the forwarding and imap
option and paste the routing address and after verification with salesforce we
can use our gmail to create case as we got any inqury on mail.
Task 3.
Opportunity Object
1. Should have following stages
A. New
B. In progress
C. Negotiation
D. Close Won
E. Close Lost
We can achieve this requirement by sales process but before we have to
create new stage through (field and relationship) which comes in opportunity
followed by object manager.
Reorder the new stage and give it probability, Also reorder as per
requirement.
At the end we have
to activate it.
Task 4.
Create a custom object: Deal Details
1. New
2. In progress
• When the status changes to in progress then the record owner must
get an email reminder
and also update on chatter
3. Completed
• As soon as the status is completed an email notification to be sent
and chatter update
should be done
We have to create a custom object from object manager with the
status of data type picklist through (field and relationship).
Picklist values are New, Inprogress and Completed.
A. Decision Element :- To check which status should be updated with email notification.

Chatter is similar like email alert need text template body.
Note:- if chatter is not available on page layout go to feed track and activate from there.
Same is with Complete status just change the message by text templat.

DashBoard & Report
1. Create a Dashboard which shows Leads created

2.Based on leads stages
• How many leads are converted to Opportunities
• How many opportunities are owned by each user
• How many opportunities were converted and saved to Deal Details

What is CTI.
What is CTI in Salesforce? In Salesforce, telephony refers to the integration of telephone
systems with the Salesforce platform. It enables users to make, receive, and manage phone
calls directly within the Salesforce environment. Telephony in Salesforce is done through a
VOIP (voice over internet protocol) service.
Benefits of CTI in Salesforce: There are many benefits to integrating your telephone system
with Salesforce. One is that it gives you the ability to know which of your customers is calling
before you pick up the phone. It also makes outgoing calls easier. Call actions and notes can
be automatically recorded in the Sales or Service Cloud with a CTI connection, giving precise
and thorough call tracking.

Use cases of CTI.
Cloud Call Center: A cloud call center software enables you to handle customer calls, without
having to set up any infrastructure or purchase any hardware on-ground.
OTP SMS Services: CTI can be used to automate the process of sending One-Time Passwords
(OTPs) via SMS.
Number Masking: CTI can be used to mask phone numbers in customer interactions,
protecting the privacy of both customers and employees.
Agent on the call can see all the details of customer and got the solution and realted
information.
