SPACE TRAVEL

The beginning
The beginning
Ever wonder how we went from looking at the stars to actually exploring space? It’s been a
wild journey of discovery, innovation, and daring steps. But where did it all begin?
The launch of Sputnik by the Soviets in
1957 proved space travel was possible,
kicking off the Space Race. In 1961, Soviet
cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin became the first
human in space. Eight years later, NASA’s
Apollo 11 mission landed Neil Armstrong
and Buzz Aldrin on the Moon, a historic
achievement for humanity.

travel was still more fantasy than reality. travel was still more fantasy than reality.

The Modern Era
1990s-Present)
Today, space travel is more accessible
than ever. The International Space
Station (ISS) serves as a hub for
global collaboration in space, while
private companies like SpaceX, Blue
Origin, and others are working to
make space travel more affordable

Will humans ever travel through space as easily as we move
around on Earth?
Will humans ever travel through space as
easily as we move around on Earth?

SpaceX aims to send tourists around the moon by 2025 and is

planning further manned missions to Mars. It's hard to give an exact
timeline, but industry experts predict that affordable and regular
commercial space travel will become a reality within the next 10-20
years
Issues

As space tourism grows, so does the need for comprehensive regulations to
govern commercial space activities, including concerns related to space traffic
management and environmental impacts.
•Hazards like cosmic background radiation can cause cancer
•The human body may not be able to handle the low gravity environment
Summary
The bottom line is that space is hard to travers. It's
difficult to get to space, and it's difficult for humans
to remain in space for any length of time. Most
space tourism companies have folded well before
their first attempted launch.

But are you willing to sacrifice your life?
