and This English Critical Reading Camp is designed for students in grades 3-5 with solid English
Speaking foundation to develop deep comprehension and independent thinking through
interdisciplinary thematic reading + analytical discussions. Focusing on cutting-edge topics
like AI ethics, global cultural phenomena, and environmental science, the course guides
students to analyze texts from multiple perspectives (author’s purpose, evidence validity,
cultural context), master academic discourse norms and logical expression frameworks,
while transforming reading insights into creative outputs through speeches and debates.
Students will emerge as globally-minded critical readers and confident communicators.
