Housekeeping is a department, which can be
considered as the backbone of hotel operations.
The Housekeeping dept in other words is the main
force in keeping the hotel’s flag flying high.
Housekeeping is a department offering unparallel
luxury and impeccable personalized service to the
discerning guests.
The housekeeping dept. of any hotel plays an
important role in the maintenance of the revenue
earning potential of the organization. The
Housekeeping dept. is not only responsible for the
upkeep of The hotel but also helps a guests in
building an opinion about the organization.
INTRODUCTION of
PROJECT
In today’s competitive situation guest amenities is
one of the major criteria which set a difference
between a good hotel and a mediocre hotel. The
guest will prefer only that hotel which will award
him a feeling of being special. The type of room
amenities provided in the room shows the
concern of the hotel in providing spic and span
and personalized services to its guest and it also
shows that the hotel is careful for its guest and is
determined to fulfill all its need at a feet’s
distance. As we all know that there are N
numbers of guest supplies but in this project we
are going to discuss Guest room supplies only. We
are going to discuss only those supplies which are
directly related to the guest room and his daily
requirements.
