 A 41-year-old woman presents to your clinic


complaining of a “red eye.” The redness is
diffuse and has been present for 2 days. She
also reports mild, watery discharge and a slight
sensation of grittiness , with photophobia. She
does not have significant pain and has not
noticed any change in her vision
 What is your diagnosis?
 Clue to diagnosis , no significant pain , diffuse
