ABSTRACT
The system provides features to manage owner and
tenant details, including registration, updating
personal information, and tracking the occupancy
status of units. It offers an easy-to-use interface for
administrators to maintain records related to
ownership, rental agreements, and society
members. By digitizing these processes, the system
aims to reduce paperwork, improve data accuracy,
and enhance the overall management experience.

INTRODUCTION
The Society Management System is a web-based
solution developed to manage the day-to-day operations
of housing societies. This system is built using HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, PHP/LARAVEL for
the backend, and MySQL for managing data. It aims to
simplify the processes involved in managing both
homeowners and tenants in a society, providing a
centralized platform for easy access to property
information and administrative tasks.
OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the Society Management System
is to streamline and automate the management
of housing society operations, reducing the
administrative burden and improving
transparency and efficiency in managing society-
related information.
SCOPE
The scope of the Society Management System
encompasses all functionalities and features aimed
at effectively managing the operations of housing
societies. It is designed to address the needs of both
administrators and residents, providing a
comprehensive solution for various management
tasks.

The existing system for managing society operations
is largely manual, involving spreadsheets, paper
records, and scattered communication methods like
phone calls and messaging apps. It lacks a centralized
approach to managing homeowner and tenant
information, payments, maintenance requests, and
overall community engagement.
IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation phase of the Daily Expense
Management Website project is where the design
and requirements are transformed into a fully
functional web-based application. This critical phase is
dedicated to building a sturdy and efficient system
that effectively delivers the planned features and
functionalities within the web platform.
CONCLUSION
The Society Management System provides a
digital solution for managing residential
society operations, simplifying property, user,
and payment management. It enhances
communication, reduces manual errors, and
