MME Pool Priority


• Deciding whether MME pools have the same prioritiesEach MME connected to an eNodeB is configured with
the MME Selection Priority (S1.Priority or S1Interface.Priority in link configuration mode). The
highest MME Selection Priority in an MME pool is regarded as the priority of the MME pool.
• Selecting an MME pool based on priorities If MME pools have different priorities, the eNodeB selects an MME
pool with the highest priority for an UE.
