● Explain the role of safeguarding practices in maintaining one’s

support networks in sustaining mental health.

Instructions
1. Start with a brief review of mental health concepts and the
significance of safeguarding practices covered in previous lessons.
2. Pair the students and ask them to brainstorm various ways to
safeguard mental health, discussing the role and importance of
these practices in building resilience and a support network.
3. Have each pair present their findings to the class, focusing on how
these practices can be applied in real-life scenarios to sustain
mental well-being.
