• Thrilled to announce the launch of two exciting addon features to enhance the product experience for
ManipalCigna Sarvah: Maternity Benefit Add-on, PA, TTD and Pratiksha Add-on.

1. Maternity Benefit Add-on with Sarvah Uttam


– Hospitalization coverage, offering up to 20% of the SI, up to max of Rs. 5 Lakhs. To qualify, the
female adult insured person must be covered under the base policy and maternity benefit for
at least 36 months before availing this benefit.

2. Pratiksha Add-on with Sarvah Param


– If you opt for this optional cover, then a 24 month waiting period will be applied on specific
disease/procedure and 30 days on initial waiting period.

 This SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) is applicable from 1st Dec’24 to 31st Dec’24 & applicable for Managers Joined after 16th May’24
 Policy Issuance till 31st Jan’25
 All retail business sourced by active TSE/DM will be given 60% credit in SIP and group business will be given 100% credit in SIP.
 M0 Business will be considered in M1
 Product grid shall be applied on Proposer’s sum assured in IPMI multi individual policies for payout
 Employer-Employee Group Business (GMC/GPA/GCI) will get 50% credit on NBP or maximum capping of 2L per case
 Policies not considered in previous SIP, but RCD falls in current SIP’s issuance period will be considered for final computation
 All group renewal business will be considered as NB as per the Issuance month.
 All computation will be based on Issuances for the month, irrespective of login dates
 All cases lapsed in Renewal Premium and logged as NBP will not be considered in any contest
 The payment of contest will be done in Feb’25
 All respective gate criteria should be met to be eligible for the incentives wherever applicable

EXAMPLE OF MONTHLY INCENTIVE CALCULATION

 For e.g. In case CTC for Manager excluding Conveyance & Mobile reimbursements is Rs.3,00,000/- p.a., then monthly CTC will be
calculated as:
Rs.3,00,000 Annual Gross Salary / 12 months = Rs.25,000/- Gross CTC per month
Monthly incentive target will then apply on Rs.25,000/- in the above example
