• Thrilled to announce the launch of two exciting addon features to enhance the product experience for
ManipalCigna Sarvah: Maternity Benefit Add-on, PA, TTD and Pratiksha Add-on.
1. Maternity Benefit Add-on with Sarvah Uttam
– Hospitalization coverage, offering up to 20% of the SI, up to max of Rs. 5 Lakhs. To qualify, the
female adult insured person must be covered under the base policy and maternity benefit for
at least 36 months before availing this benefit.
2. Pratiksha Add-on with Sarvah Param
– If you opt for this optional cover, then a 24 month waiting period will be applied on specific
disease/procedure and 30 days on initial waiting period.

CONTEST CRITERIA
❑ All computation of commission will be based & paid on 1/N basis in the month and year of realization of the
policy
❑ For premiums collected with 1 year tenure - = NBP/1

• This incentive plan is applicable to Advisors/IMF Only
• Login from 01st Dec’24 – 31st Dec’24 and issuance till 31st Jan’25 & Risk start date till 31st Jan’25 will only be considered
• Policies not considered in previous AIP, but RCD falls in current AIP’s issuance period will be considered for final computation
• Payout shall be basis the actual weighted premium as per product grid
• NBP net of Taxes will be considered, and all retail product will be considered & product grid will be applicable
• All cases lapsed in Renewal Premium and logged as NBP will not be considered in any contest
• Product grid shall be applied on actual policy sum assured and not based on total Sum assured of family in IPMI multi individual policies for
payout
• 2 & 3-Years Premium will be included for NBP slab calculations

A. Renewal Premium Collection Gate Criteria: Qualification is subject to 78% on 1st renewal premium collection or 85%
on portfolio renewal collection and policies getting enforced
i. Renewal Premium Due from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 & enforced till 30th April 2025 will be considered for
both the condition of 1st renewal premium & portfolio renewal premium
ii. For the purpose of 1st renewal calculation, all policies where 1st renewal premium is due irrespective of policy
term will be considered. For E.g. A 1-year policy issued in Apr’23, 2-year policy issued in Apr‘22 & 3-year policy
issued in Apr’21 will form part of the 1st renewal due bucket of Apr’24.
iii. For the purpose of portfolio renewal calculation, all policies where renewal premium is due irrespective of policy
term will be considered
B. Loss ratio Gate Criteria:

• Risk Start till 15th May’2025
• ManipalCigna Heroes of Health 2024-25 is on New Business Premium (NBP) net of Taxes. 2 years & 3 years premium
will be included for calculation
• Product Grid Applicable on New Business subject to revision from time to time
• GMC/ GPA policies will get 50% credit up to maximum of Rs.2,00,000 NBP net of taxes per policy
• Group MHA policies >= Rs.25,000 NBP net of taxes will be considered
• For agents qualifying for the car as reward, Lower of Ex- Showroom (Delhi) price of the car (Base Model Petrol) or rupee
value as mentioned in respective slabs will be reimbursed. All taxes applicable as per prevalent tax laws, registration
charges, Insurance charges, Road Tax etc. will be borne by the qualifying agent.
• Maximum contribution of the company towards
• Maruti Suzuki S Presso Car will be Rs.4,75,000/- or actual whichever is lesser
• Hyundai Venue Car will be Rs.7,80,000/- or actual whichever is lesser
• In case any announced vehicle model is not available during reward settlement, then vehicle model of equivalent worth
will be reimbursed

• Upsell premium will include the following:
• Change due to increase in sum insured, new member addition, rider attachment, removal of deductible,
removal of co-pay (voluntary or age) & any migration to different product
• Upsell Premium will exclude
• Change in tenure (premium pay-term) of the policy, Employer-Employee Group Business(GMC/GPA/GCI).
• Product grid shall be applied on Proposer’s sum assured in IPMI multi individual policies for payout
• All rewards will be subject to applicable taxes & deductions including 194 (R)
• Cancellation, Rejections, Terminations, Cheque bounce will not be considered
• Travel will be subject to government regulations and rules of the respective country
• Travel will be based on hub to hub basis only
• In case of multiple seat winners only qualifiers immediate family members will be allowed
• Encashment & transfer of qualifier seat will not be permitted
