ICR on Earned Premium of 12 policies preceding 12 months ending last quarter (July 2024 to June 2025)
No Incentive on Transferred Business and it is excluded from incentive calculations for all class of business.

Business (46), Rural Insurance (47), Misc. Non Traditional Business (48) and Credit
Insurance & Surety Bonds (50).

Existing Agents: Base Premium of corresponding month of last year is to be maintained


(Jul, Aug & Sep 2024 respectively).

Incentive Scheme

Additional Incentives
•5% of Premium to be given on all policies under Pravasi Bhartiya Bima Yojana.
•Top-Up Incentives of 1% of Premium on completion of Rs. 1.50 lacs combined premium for the month.
•10% of Premium to be given on Saral Sampurna Kisan Bima Policy without eligibility criteria.
•5% of Premium to be given on Mahila Udayam Policies subject to 150 policies per month with
premium of Rs.10,00,000/- per month.
•12.5% of Premium to be given on Jewellers Block Policy (*No Additional Incentive was given in Q1)

Incentive on Case Basis (Technical Deptt. Approval required)

•Fire (11) Risk Codes 2043 (Chemical mfg. using materials with flash point below 32 degree
Celsius, bulk drug mfg. & 2044 (Chemical mfg. – others) -> 10% of Premium -> ICR >10% (last 5
yrs)
•For Plastic Goods Mfg. (excl. foam plastics) using plastic raw materials with calorific value both up
to & above 15000 btu/lb (IIB Risk Code 2148 & 2216) -> 10% of Premium -> ICR >10% (last 5 yrs)

Changes in Q2 Incentive Scheme of FY 2025-26

Health:
Additional Incentive of 5% on the total premium is given on 10% Accretion in policy count
compared to the previous year in the same month. Only the policy count of the 12
mentioned policies are considered for this additional incentive and incentive will be given
only in policies with the age of oldest member insured upto 55 yrs.)

Motor:
Incentive in School bus for package policies is increased from 25% to 30% of OD Premium
and 25% to 40 % of TP Premium. For Stand Alone TP policies from 25% to 40%.(Without any
Eligibility criteria.)
Changes in Q2 Incentive Scheme of FY 2025-26

Non Motor Non Health:


1. Incentive in New India Laghu Udyam Bima is increased from 12.5% to 20%
2. Incentive in Liability (36) Policies is increased from 7.5% to 10%
3. Additional Incentive of 12.5% of Premium is given on Jewellers Block Policy (In Q1 of FY 2025-26 no
additional incentive was given in Jewellers Block Policies)
4. Incentive will now be payable on hydro projects/ plants other than located in Himalayan regions. (In
Q1 no Incentive was given in Hydro power projects /plants all over India). No change in eligibility
criteria
5. For Plastic Goods Mfg. (excl. foam plastics) using plastic raw materials with calorific value both up to
& above 15000 btu/lb (IIB Risk Code 2148 & 2216), Incentive is given as 10% of Premium if ICR is
less than 10% of last 5 yrs. On case to case basis (i.e ticket will be raised by Ros recommending such
cases to Fire Tech Department for approval, once it is approved incentive will be given). In Q1 no
incentive was not given in Plastic Goods Mfg.
New & Revised changes in Q2 Incentive Scheme of FY 2025-26
LOB New Revision

Additional Incentive of 5% on the total premium is given on 10% Accretion


in policy count compared to the previous year in the same month. Only
