REGISTRATION
DETAILS
Registration begins around the start, or the middle,
of January, with exams taking place in May-June 2026.
The necessary documents for O Level registration are as follows:
1. Accounts Clearance (including library)
2. Valid Passport (minimum 6 month validity, until August 2026) from the time
of registration.
3. Attendance and Behavior Clearance:
• Students must have at least 80% attendance until Jan (without
unexcused absence )
• Any student with behavior mark deemed too low might also be
blocked from registration.
4. Academic Clearance:
• Based on Subject Teachers’ recommendations and report card
marks.
PROMOTION
CRITERIA'S
Class 9 & 10:
To be eligible for admission or promotion, students must:
1. Maintain consistency and good performance in all assessments (class
tests, class performance, homework, and all examination components).
2. Secure pass grades (50% or above) in at least five (5) subjects.
Class 11:
To be eligible for admission or promotion to Class 11, students must
fulfill the following requirements:
1. Completion of all major examinations in Class 10.
2. Registration for a minimum of five (5) IGCSE/O Level subjects.
3. Achievement of passing grades (minimum Grade D) in at least five (5)
IGCSE/O Level subjects

OTHER DETAILS
• Please keep all communication with teachers in Teams, Edupage, between 8 AM to 4 30 PM.
• After that time it is up to the teachers’ discretion to reply.
• For O Level students there will be no re-test in the case of missing any exams, exceptional circumstances
aside. Students are given the benefit of school considering the best of a particular number of tests for each
subject in any case.
• All O Level students must ensure regular attendance for classes as well as assembly until the
beginning of Mock Exams, that is until January 2026. Lateness to assembly or class is strictly not
allowed. If student is tardy on a regular basis even after a verbal warning, it will affect their overall
standing to carry out O Level registration as well as promotion to Grade 11.
• Based on the academic success, tuition waiver will be granted in the following pattern:
6A *(25%) , 7A*(50%) ,8A*(75%) ,9A*(100%).
