The killing is inhumane and lacks scientific merit, and is funded by taxpayers with little community input or transparency.
GooseWatch NYC advocates for tolerance of and co-existence with urban wildlife, and promotes humane alternatives to resolving conflicts between people and animals. We do not believe that killing is the solution.
Protection of people and animals are not mutually exclusive options, we can and must do both.
