Akbar Ali has been involved mainly in the training of Staff  & Officers of the public & corporate sector. He was also responsible to train and develop the soft skills of all the managerial and other staff of the organisation.He trained more than 8000 employees of the different organizations ranging from Naib qasid/ Driver to Director/Teaching Faculty of Karachi University. Presently he is also associated as  the visiting faculty at

•	Population Welfare Training Institute, Karachi.
•	Audit & Accounts training  Institute, Karachi  
&working as a free lance Management Consultant and Trainer  serving various organisations .
