software - Ultimately seen in the form of Increased revenue,
Reduced costs.

Quality of delivery: Use metrics to control quality, and track the quality of
the software being delivered.(Mean time to recover)

2. Flexibility: Team members will respond fast to the change if they are aligned to the right priority
order and client’s business need.
3. Open for feedback and improve : As you have built a culture of sharing thoughts with transparency
within an organization , members are always open for feedback and they will keep improving
4. Communication: All channels of communication at every level will be moving smooth once the value
of collaboration becomes a part of the culture.
5. Automation mindset: If your team is fast to respond, indeed they would go for more and more
