I am very interested in the whole picture of business and I am working towards positions in General Management and eventually CEO roles. I am very organized and driven to succeed. I work with high ethical integrity and do not stand for doing anything but the right thing. I want to work in Executive Management because I not only love to see the whole picture of business and make strategic decisions but I love being a leader and empowering others to succeed. Watching people develop and grow is very important to being a leader and there is nothing I love to see more. I have so much to learn about business and leadership but I am eager for every step of the way. I will always be learning.
