I am passionate about creating social enterprises that assist communities transform their indigenous knowledge, natural resources, cultural heritage, local institutions and talents into assets for wealth and empowerment. I developed the GIANT step model in 2011 to assist SMEs and small non-profits redefine their resources for greater institutional growth and financial sustainability. I also created the STANCE Revolution, a personal development program, to guide the youth in positive attitude change. I am currently working on a new model to assist the extractive industry determine the social drivers, impact and interventions of the "resource curse".
